We are committed to ensuring the safety of all our customers and staff and we have made a few changes! By sending a booking request, we understand that you agree with our Terms and Conditions below!
Failure to comply with the new regulations could result in your booking being cancelled, being asked to leave the premises or losing your ability to make future bookings.
By completing a booking request, you agree for us to receive your information and store it for 21 days per government guidelines and also agree for us to be able to share only with NHS Track and Trace.

Terms and conditions
Re-opening of the hospitality industry comes with a few guidelines from the government and we understand that, now more than ever, is imperative that all of our customers feel safe when visiting our venue! We have installed hand sanitising equipment at the entrance, exit and throughout our bar available for all to use.
Please do not visit us if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 to protect other guests and staff.
Please abide by the social distancing rules wherever possible!
Please be advised that, per government guidelines, members of only two households can meet indoors in bars and restaurants.
We have reduced the maximum number of guests in the venue and there will be no standing allowed as well as no or minimal service at the bar.
Please be advised that we can only book one table per group.
Table service will be provided to all of our tables and we kindly ask to be patient, as members of staff will regularly check on your table if you need anything.
Please be seated during your visit and do not move any furniture around, as we have re-arranged our table plan in response to the social distancing rules.
Please refrain from singing, chanting, cheering or screaming during your visit!
Please provide us with the exact arrival and departure time of your visit so we have enough time to clean and sanitize the furniture, equipment and other items before and after each customer.
Please let us know the exact number of people in your party as we need to control numbers and provide every guest with a seat. Any extra guests that we are not aware of might be refused entry.
Please also be aware that due to certain fixtures being in high demand, we ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the event. Derby Sports Bar offers no refund in the event of cancellation or no show. Please be aware that if you make a booking and subsequently do not turn up without cancelling in advance or conduct yourself (or your guests) in an inappropriate manner it may affect your ability to make future bookings or receive special offers. A confirmed reservation cannot be transferred to another time or date.
Due to Health and Safety restrictions Derby Sports Bar reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone!
